Feb 2021 - Facebook business pages seem to have a glitch at the moment where messages sent from customer are not generating notification to me. I had no idea this was happening and apologise to the people who have been waiting for a response - This is very frustrating as i pride myself on responding to all messages/contact as soon as possible. .
